I also provide support for carers, partners, parents (including bereaved parents) and employers, helping them navigate the challenges that these conditions can bring.

RAE Training & Therapies
Working with a Dru Yoga teacher and Senior Recovery Practitioner Emma Harrison-Thompson, we provide a comprehensive 4 week wellbeing programme for individuals living with cancer in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The course is called Bringing Balance and runs three times a year at Helen Webb House in Leicester and is funded by Sue Young Cancer Support.
Sue Young Cancer Support
I have been working with this charity for a few years now. A recent programme I provided teaches individuals simple tapping techniques they can use themselves as and when they need to, to help calm, reduce anxiety and worry and even lower pain. We have numerous other exciting projects in the pipe line.

Research
As part of my Master's degree at the University of Glasgow I am investigating the benefits of acupoint tapping (EFT) in palliative care. Part of this research involves interviewing palliative care physicians who have used tapping with their patients. If you would like more information about this research please get in touch.
